Fish Pedicures?

Yvonne Salon in Alexandria, VA offers pedicures in which tiny fish called garra rufa eat the dead skin on your feet. Guess it's more sanitary than a razor or a pumice, but it sounds like it would tickle something fierce. You can read more about it here.
